Location: the hotel was really close to city centre and monkey sanctuary, the Yoga Barn and Monkey Forest and restaurants and market. Actually the room was well decorated with the terrace, the balcony, for example.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the value for money was exceptional - we felt like we got so much for what we paid. Secondly, the staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us with any request. They truly made us feel like VIPs. And thirdly, the location of this hotel couldn't have been more perfect. It was right in the center of everything, making it convenient for us to explore all that the vibrant city had to offer. Plus, we loved our room with a balcony overlooking the pool - it was such a treat to relax there after a long day of sightseeing. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast they served each morning - it was a great start to our day. All in all, we had an amazing stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! They are friendly and always happy to help. They can organize transportation and scooter rentals at a good price. the breakfast by the pool is a real treat. And the beautiful gardens give the place a real Bali feel.

The bed was really comfortable, which made for a good night's rest. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning the rooms and keeping the hotel spotless. Swift check-in and out was a great advantage as it left us more time to explore. the staff responded promptly to all our requests.

The water pressure in the shower was very weak, and the showerhead needs to be replaced; some of the outlets were blocked, and it was hard to get a decent stream.
